Jenn Armstrong, Research Cloud Services at Indiana University:
Jenn entered the wide world of research computing in 2023 after spending most of her career working in marketing and communications. Her role on the Jetstream2 team is largely focused on allocating resources to new and existing users, as well as providing support to the Jetstream2 community—no two days are ever the same! She lives in Bloomington, Indiana with her family.

Caleb Bright-Hughes, Research Cloud Services at Indiana University:
After completing a doctoral degree in physics, Caleb joined the research computing community at Indiana University in 2024. His work on Jetstream2 includes improving documentation, familiarizing new users with Jetstream2 and cloud computing, and troubleshooting errors for advanced use cases. He lives in Martinsville, Indiana with his wife and their pets and dedicates his free time to coaching academic programs at the local high school.
